Apache failed to start – httpready

Problem :
While doing one of the below :
apachectl start
apachectl restart
/usr/local/etc/rc.d/apache start
/usr/local/etc/rc.d/apache restart
an error message appear
No such file or directory: Failed to enable the ‘httpready’ Accept Filter
