Finally get the chance to put in these links. "Busy" is the usual excuse, lack of discipline is the real cause :p

So much for nonsense, here's the link accumulated for the passed weeks (if not months):

• FreeBSD mailing list - There's a discussion in about performance on NFS vs SMB, which leads to some benchmarking and tuning tips.
• Perl - You might not agree, but TIMTOWTDI & CPAN is Perl's strength, NOT weakness. Disclaimer, Java fanboy should stay away of this. (via Shining Silence)
• FreeBSD mailing list - The vim port patches count is getting ridiculous. I hope someone in vim consider merging those.
• SSH - Brute force ssh attack still exist in this modern day. Who's not using private key authentication? (via)
• Perl - Always like this kind of post mortem style blog post on trouble shooting.
• FreeBSD ZFS - Dan is replacing his aging gateway & file server. More interesting is the luxurious hardware specs.
• FreeBSD mailing list - bsdinstall is scriptable, brief idea explained, if you're interested.
• Book - Watch out for "Sudo Mastery" from Michael Lucas's in-writing new book. He's also offering the in-progress version of the book, for those who can't wait.
  
• Talk - Again from Michael Lucas. He gave a talk on DNSSEC, based on his recent book, DNSSEC Mastery. I've written a review on this book and yes, it is good.
  
• VCS - Good reading on versioning commit logs.
  * I thought I got this link from Shining Silence but just can't find it anywhere. Hmm...
  
• FreeBSD - Interesting read on Intel nic driver test & crash.
